Promising her sister Susan that she would do everything she could to “end breast cancer forever,” Nancy Brinker founded the Susan G. Komen Foundation. Nancy asked us to assist in developing the logo and we were honored to do our part – which included the introduction of the iconic pink color that has become symbolic in the fight against breast cancer. Komen is now the largest and most funded breast cancer organization in the United States.
